Metal Profiling
- Small and large corrugations with depths from 6 mm to 23 mm
- Metal thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 3 mm
- Profiles include standard ripple (6 mm), deep ripple (8.5 mm), large corrugation like custom orb (17 mm),
deep large corro and large tapered corrugation - Custom profiling available – happy to try new materials

Cutting
- Flat sheet guillotine cuts to 3 mm thick and 3 m length
- Width and length of standard and deep ripple sheet
- Cutting accuracy +/- 1 mm

Curving
- Standard ripple curving, full width sheet, to 100 mm radius
- 3/4 heritage sheet curving to 400 mm radius

Design
- Design services for artwork and street furniture

Fabrication
- Expertise in working with rippled sheet of varying thicknesses and metals
- Small to large fabrication in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper
- We specialise in one-off, difficult or thought-provoking work requiring problem solving and skill
- Finishes of powdercoating, anodising, electropolishing and wet painting are outsourced

Heritage Restoration
Restoration of metalwork to match old corrugated sheet. Previous work includes:
- Replicating original ripple iron used in stove recesses, awnings and soffits
- Historic windmill mechanisms and blades
- Tapered corrugated zinc for lighthouse restoration
- Tapered corrugated and curved corrugated stainless steel for lighthouse restoration

Hot Metal Spraying
We galvanise with electrostatic zinc spray for corrosion protection on mild steel. This is our standard for all mild steel street furniture requiring powder coating and painting.
